Control of Incoming Materials: |
Complete records for all the incoming raw material suppliers;
Careful inspection on the randomly selected samples from all incoming raw materials;
All of the incoming raw materials are certified and are received with inspection data;
* No material is accepted if it doesnĄ¯t meet our quality standard. |

Control of Manufacturing Process: |
Cutting: To cut the raw material by hand or by machine into all kinds of gloves portions according to the specifications designated in the order.
Sewing: To sew all kinds of portions into glove.
Reversing and hammering: To make the glove back into its surface and all fingers smooth and around.
Initial inspection: To check the quality of the gloves first time according to checking procedure.
Ironing and pressing: To make the glove beautiful. putting the glove onto mould and then take it onto an iron-board for pressing.
The second inspection: To check the glove carefully according to the procedure of checking |

Lot identifications with lot data documented for traceability.
Feedback of usage with records documented for traceability |
